I moved to Texas from the U.K. 10 years ago and this is a taste of home!!! UK Chinese take away is very different from here and one thing I miss like crazy. Made salt and pepper chicken and some “Chinese crispy seaweed” (fried collard greens). Yummy!!
amazing flavor!! used it in grilled chicken and veg. best part is there are no fillers, it's not overly salty like other seasonings.
